Terms & Conditions

By booking or engaging Pixel Senseis (“the Company”), you (“the Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upfront to secure and confirm the booking date.
• The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than the day of the shoot, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• No booking is confirmed until the deposit has been received.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the shoot date and are subject to availability.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the shoot may be charged up to 100% of the total fee.

3. Equipment Damage & Liability

• The Client is fully responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of equipment caused by the Client, guests, talents, crew, or environmental hazards not due to negligence.
• The Client agrees to compensate Pixel Senseis for full repair or replacement costs, including downtime losses.

4. Safety & Working Conditions

• The Company reserves the right to stop or modify the shoot if conditions are unsafe.
• No refunds will be issued if the shoot is halted due to factors beyond the Company’s control.

5. Copyright & Usage

• All images and videos remain the copyright of Pixel Senseis.
• The Company may use content for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

By making payment, the Client confirms agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
