This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?
Don't panic, listen to what the photographer has to say and enjoy your session with him/her.
How many pictures will I receive?
Pictures varies from the duration of the shoot, e.g 1 hr you'll get about 30 edited copies.
you can check out our pricing menu on the website for details on the amount of pictures you'll receive.
Do I have to provide a location for the shoot?
Location can be arranged by us or if you have already booked a venue it would be alot easier for us.
Do you do Family photography?
Yes, we cover all sorts of photography and videography events/occasion, just chat with one of our team members to find out more! ^ ^
Can I request for refund?
We do not provide refunds. However, if it's something we did wrong we can offer a free photoshoot session for the mistake we did.
What are the procedure for booking?
For booking, You need to secure your spot by depositing 50% downpayment
before the event/wedding date, then the remaining 50% after the wedding date.
